| Abstract: | Based on the students'Learning process of Taijiquan and the laws governing the acquisition of its practical skills, the paper divides the Learning process into four stages. how to grasp the essence of the movements, how to combine the movements with breath, how to set one's mind and how to make movements and breath harmoniously with the guidance of mind. It also designs an integrated project for teaching and learning of Taijiquan with the purpose to improve teaching quality. |
