| 摘 要： | 自然界中广泛存在的重水具有抑制细胞增殖的作用,其作用途径表现在对DNA合成的阻滞,对细胞产生“冻结效应“及延长细胞增殖停滞期等方面.抑制程度依细胞种类及分化程度不同而不同.进一步研究重水抑制作用的细胞动力学基础,对重水毒理及生态效应研究有重要意义.

| Abstract: | Heavy water which distributes widely in nature can inhabit t he prolif eration of cell by retarding the synthesis of DNA, bringing on the freezing effe ct in cell and prolonging the lag time of the cell proliferation. The level of t he inhabition depend on the kinds and differentiation of the cells. Understandin g fully to the mechnism of the inhabition to the cells means importantly to the study about toxicology and ecological effect of heavy water. |
