摘    要:校园分层是指由于家庭经济、文化等背景因素的介入使大学生群体的生存状态与心理状态产生了差异与分化。校园分层是由于社会分层和高等教育管理制度的缺陷共同缔造的。校园分层既是一个事实存在又具有理论上的合理性,但高校应从物质到精神两个方面构建相应的激励与约束机制,将校园分层的影响控制在一定的限度之内。

Abstract:Campus Stratified Phenomenon implicates the discrimination and differentiation which exist in the state of physical and mental survival of college students.The emergence of stratification is caused by family economic conditions and cultural background of the students involved.Groups of students are stratified due to social stratification and the shortcomings of higher education management system.Stratified groups exist bearing a theoretical rationality.Therefore a university should construct the incentive and restraint mechanisms in accordance with the material and spiritual aspects and keep the influence of stratification under control.
