| 摘 要： | 沱牌曲酒股份有限公司1993年实行股份制改造，1996年股票上市流通。6年来，公司实施了产销一体化，资本经营和多角化经营的三步资本扩张战略，市场扩张和品牌创新的品牌发展战略，引进“十大科技项目”，积极应对国家税费调整，适时开发推出“舍得酒”系列品牌，进军生物制药行业，培育了新的利润增长点，形成规模、品牌、质量、价格、市场、科技市场竞争优势。而目前股票二级市场上，沱牌曲酒股票运行在5－8元之间，从长远来看，沱牌曲酒股票具有低风险、高回报的投资价值。

| Abstract: | Tuopai Alcohol (wine) Joint Stock ComPany Ltd. was reformed and established in 1993. Its stocks were on sale for circulation in 1996. For 6 years the company has taken 3 strategic steps to raise more capital, and 2 stategic steps to develop its brand. It has introduced 10 technological projects, and adjusted to the nation's taxatiou, and developed various brands and marketed them at proper time. And it has been marching towards biological medicine to increase its profit. It has taken advantages in the competitive market. At prsesnt, the stock price is 5-8 yuan (RMB). Viewed in the long run, the compny will get high profit at low risk. |
