| 摘 要： | 高职教育的职业性决定了高职院校办学必须走校企合作的道路．而目前我国高职院校在校企合作中存在诸多问题，如制度不健全、学校自身能力不强和企业动力不足等．对此，国家应构建校企合作的法律体系，确立校企合作在人才培养中的法律地位．高职院校应加强自身能力建设和创新运行机制，实现校企合作持久稳定发展．

| Abstract: | The occupation-oriented feature of the higher vocation education determines that to run a higher vocational school has to take the way of a school-enterprise cooperation. The problems, including the unsound system, the insufficient ability and motiva- tion deficiency from enterprises, etc. , exist in the current school-enterprise cooperation. Therefore, measures from our country such as a perfect legal system, the legal status of school in the school-enterprise cooperation are necessary. The school should en-hance its capacity and innovative system to realize a long-term, healthy and stable development of the school-enterprise coopera-tion. |
