| 摘 要： | 建立完善的城镇住房保障制度,是对市场机制的必要补充,也是国家社会政策与社会保障制度的重要组成部分.结合我国现行城镇住房保障制度的实施情况,在相关研究的基础上,通过分析目前住房保障制度运行状况及运行中所出现的问题,提出了进一步完善公积金制度、经济适用房制度和廉租房制度的相关对策和建议.
