| 摘 要： | 竞技散打的可持续发展需要学校体育来普及和推广,扩大其影响,学校教育又可通过开展武术散打运动为其培养目标服务,但当前开展的竞技散打,竞技性强,很难在普通大、中、小学普及和推广。针对两难现象,提出对当前开展的竞技散打进行,运动负荷的轻松化、运动技战术的简化、武德和行为规范的强化、教学、训练和比赛过程的体验化等的轻体育化过程的改造,使其符合普通学生的身心特点。旨在为当前学校武术教学改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | Competitive free combat could be development one must popularize in school,the schooling can cultivate specific objective for Wushu free combat,while present condition is that it have pay attention to emphasize athletic,it's difficult to spread in elementary school and middle school.The author bases on it,put forward the Wushu free combat should decrease exercise burden,predigesting exercise techniques,intensify Wushu moral and behavior criterion education and so on alteration,make it suit for students practice.This paper the other purpose is aiming to provide references for teaching reform of the school Wushu. |
