| 摘 要： | 对电子商务政府监管进行定义，并从市场主体、客体和行为三个组成部分划分电子商务政府监管的内容。认为网络中介信息共享对电子商务政府监管的作用在于提供监管所需信息、降低监管信息成本和提高监管效率。从经济、法律和技术三个方面讨论网络中介信息共享的主要障碍及克服方法。最后提出利用Ｗｅｂ服务技术进行网络中介信息共享的系统框架。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly defines and compartmentalizes government regulation in electronic commerce from three components of markets including participants, objects and behaviors. The roles of information sharing of cybermediaries for the government regulation in electronic commerce are considered to lie in providing needed regulation information, decreasing information cost and improving regulation efficiency. Then the primary obstacles and overcoming methods in information sharing of cybermediary are discussed from three aspects of economics, law and technology. Finally a system framework is proposed for information sharing of cybermediary by using web service technology. |
