| 摘 要： | 通过了解福建省中小学生视力低下患病水平与分布特点，为保护学生视力、预防近视提供科学依据。2005年笔者采用横断面调查方法。按照全国学生体质调研实施方案，运用u值检验进行统计分析，调查结果显示：小学、初中、高中学生视力低下率分剐为27．8％、55．6％、76．8％。各学习阶段城市学生视力低下率均显著高于乡村学生，女生高于男生。小学生及初中生以轻度视力低下为主。高中生以重度视力低下为多。中小学生视力低下率随着学习阶段的升高而上升，预防视力低下应从小学抓起。采取综合措施预防视力低下发生。

| Abstract: | To find out the low eye sight prevalence and the distribution features among primary and middle school students in Fujian province to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and control.Statistical analysis was used the U method.According to the National Student Physique investigation and Study Implementation Plan,In 2005 the author uses cross section investigation method,The Results shows:The students' low eye sight prevalence in primary,junior,and seior middle schools was 27.8%、55.6%、76.8% respectively.The urban students with low eye sight were much higher than those in the rural students,and girls more than boys.Most primary andmiddle school students presented mild low eye sight and the high school students presented moderate low eyesight.Primary and middle school students' eye sight is decreasing as they go into higher classes,combined prevention and control measures must be ongoing and particular stresses should begin in the primary schools. |
