| 摘 要： | 通过比较第十、十一届全运会吉林省代表团比赛的成绩和奖牌格局和项目分布,总结得出了吉林省竞技体育的传统优势项目。提出必须适度加大政府资金投入,积极吸收社会资金,充分利用体育彩票市场收入;大力发展和利用社会力量办学形式,特别是单项体育俱乐部形式;强化管理体制,保障体育后备人才输送渠道通畅;集中力量将有限的财力集中在重点项目和基础好的优势项目上。

| Abstract: | By comparing the performances as well as configuration and distribution of Jilin medals in the 10th and 11th National Games,summarized the traditional advantages of Jilin Province sports project.The paper proposed to be appropriate to increase government investment,and actively absorb social funds,make full use of sports lottery revenue;to develop and use forms of society to run schools,especially in the form of individual sports clubs;strengthen the management system to protect the physical transmission channel of communication reserve;focus limited financial strength will focus on key projects and infrastructure projects on a good advantage. |
