拔尖创新人才视域下科创竞赛经历对大学生创新行为的影响

摘    要:为了深入探讨科创竞赛经历与大学生创新行为的关系,更好地发挥科创竞赛的育人效果,培养拔尖创新人才,运用252份大学生样本数据和层次回归分析方法,从拔尖创新人才培养视角分析了科创竞赛经历对大学生创新行为的影响,以及知识获取和未来工作自我清晰度在两者关系中存在的中介效应和调节效应。研究结果发现:科创竞赛经历对大学生创新行为的影响呈现倒U型关系;科创竞赛经历会倒U型影响大学生的知识获取,并且在科创竞赛经历与大学生创新行为的倒U型关系中起部分中介作用;未来工作自我清晰度调节了科创竞赛经历与大学生创新行为的倒U型关系,具有高未来工作自我清晰度的大学生,适度的科创竞赛经历对其创新行为的提升效果会更加明显。

Abstract:This research used 252 college students’ sample data and hierarchical regression analysis method to consider the influence of science and innovation competition experience on college students’ innovati ve performance from the perspective of talent cultivation, and the mediating effect s of knowledge acquisition and future work self- consciousness. Results showed that the analysis presents an inverted U-shaped relationship , indicative of the significant influence of competition experience on college students ’ knowledge acquisition while playing a mediating role in the inverted U-shaped relationship between college students ’ competition experience and innovative performance, and that future work self-perception moderates the inverted U-shaped relationship between college students ’ competition experience and creativity that has a significant effect for college students with high future work self-clarity. The results suggested that a dialectical view is needed to evaluate the role of science and innovation competition in cultivating outstanding innovative talents since t here is no linear correlation between experience of science and innovation competition and improvement of college students’ innovati ve ability , thus calling for reasonable and quality participation of contests, efficient knowledge acquisition in the teamwork competition, and self-confidence buildup for top-notch innovative talents with self-cognition of career development.
