学科竞赛对研究生科研创新能力的影响——基于结构方程模型分析

摘    要:培养研究生科研创新能力是高等教育的重要组成部分,更是国家科研实力和创新水平的重要保证。以学科竞赛为切入点,构建结构方程模型探究学科竞赛对研究生科研创新能力的影响路径和效应。研究发现,学科竞赛参与程度对学科竞赛收获中介因素的影响路径系数达到0.36,而学科竞赛收获中介因素对科研创新能力及科研创新成果的影响路径系数分别达到0.20和0.79。研究结果表明,学科竞赛参与程度是研究生科研创新能力培养的重要途径,通过参加学科竞赛可以提高其科研创新能力,并丰富其科研创新成果。基于此,提出加强学科竞赛以提升研究生科研创新能力的几点建议。

Abstract:Cultivating postgraduates ’abilities in research and innovation, a major objective of higher education, is a vital indicator of national scientific strength and innovative edge. This paper employed the discipline competition projects to construct a structural equation model to explore the effects of the competition on postgraduates’scientific research and innovation abilities. It found that the path coefficient of the influence of the degree of discipline competition participation on the intermediary factors of competition harvest was 0.36 while that of the intermediary factors of the competition harvest on scientific research and innovation abilities and achievements is 0.20 and 0.79 respectively. The results suggested that the degree of participation in discipline competition is key to the cultivation of scientific research and innovation abilities and the enrichment of achievements. We therefore made recommendations that help strengthen discipline competitions for the advance of graduates’scientific research and innovation performance
