| 摘 要： | 遵循“健康第一”思想 ,设计高校体育处方教学内容及授课模式。研究表明 :大学生体育的知识化、锻炼的科学化体系逐步确立 ,健身意识、行为、习惯逐步形成 ,为终身健康奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | The sports teaching model should be designed acceding to the thought that health should be attached to the most importance. Followed by the principle, the research is done on it. It is shown in the result that sports knowledge and scientifically exercising method of college students are significant for maintaining the health. |
