| 摘 要： | 大学教育是人生教育的重要阶段,承前启后的重要环节,也是体育教育的最后一环.大学生接受高校体育教育,能掌握一定体育的技术和理论知识,形成正确的健身意识,无论在身心、道德、处事能力方面都得到有益的锻炼.而大学体育的健康储蓄价值也体现在这几个方面,在这些方面的收获,能为学生在毕业后,应对复杂的社会环境打下了坚实基础.

The university student accepts the university sports education, can grasp certain sports the technology and the theoretical knowledge, forms the correct fitness consciousness, regardless in the body and mind, the morals, handles matters ability aspect to obtain the beneficial exercise. But the university sports′s health deposit value also manifests in these aspects, in these aspect′s harvest, could deal with the complex social environment for the student after the graduation to build the solid foundation, enabled them to have calmer and a bright life. |
