公共图书馆开展员工培训需求分析的思考

摘    要:在公共图书馆的员工培训过程中,经常会出现一些诸如员工学习热情不高、培训内容与实际需求脱节等问题。将企业人力资源管理中的培训需求分析理论应用于公共图书馆的管理实践中,是解决上述问题的一种方法。在公共图书馆,可以依次从组织层面、岗位层面和员工层面开展培训需求分析。

Thinking on the Staff Training Needs Analysis in the Public Library

Abstract:There are always a few problems in the staff training process in public libraries. For instance, the librari- ans are lack of enthusiasm in learning, or the training courses are out of line with the actual needs. The paper notes that it will help to solve the above problems that we apply the model of training needs analysis, which comes from the human resource management in enterprises, in the management of the public library. The training needs analy- sis should be conducted in the order of organizational level, job level and personal level in the public library.
