| 摘 要： | 通过对贵州省高等教育持续扩张的政策需求与支撑的分析，探讨了高等教育扩张中结构和体制的优化和政府在高等教育扩张中应承担的责任，提出了“扩张、适度、控制”三阶段发展理念，合理规划贵州省高等学校，引导大学正确定位，保持大学类型结构的协调发展等贵州省高等教育持续扩张的对策建议，为贵州省高等教育持续扩张提供理论支持并进一步推动贵州省高等教育的发展。

| Abstract: | Through an analysis of the need for policies to support the sustained expanding of higher education in Guizhou province,the optimization of structures and system and the responsibilities the government should bear in the educational expanding are discussed.An idea of three staged development characterized by "expanding,being appropriate and controlled" and suggestions about the reasonable planning of institutions of higher learning in Guizhou province,about the correct orientation of institutions of higher learning,and about the keeping of the harmonious development of the structure of types of such institutions are offered as a theoretical support for the sustained expanding and effective development of higher education in Guizhou province. |
