| 摘 要： | 通过标准联盟创立技术标准正成为国际标准化领域的重要趋势,这在促进技术标准制定和产业化的同时,也带来了高额收费、垄断市场等一系列的问题。为此,分析了标准联盟的兴起背景、运行机制与技术标准的异化,以DVD标准收费事件为切入点,研究了标准联盟诱发技术垄断的机制。研究表明,标准联盟弱化了领先企业间的竞争行为,减少了产业技术选择的多样性,打压了标准联盟外企业的正常发展,标准联盟诱发的技术垄断正在成为一种新的垄断形式。
