| 摘 要： | 随着现代竞技武术套路向“高、难、美、新”的方向发展和现代武术套路规则的实施，使武术套路比赛更加具有竞技性、可比性、观赏性，在太极拳套路自选比赛中也加了A、B、C三级难度的指定动作，指定高难度动作已成为整个套路的核心。旋风脚7200接叉、摆莲540°接雀地龙、旋子720°接叉技术动作是目前武术套路比赛中运动员选择较多的难度动作，也是在训练和比赛中最不易完成的动作，动作完成的成败与否直接影响成绩的好坏。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、数据统计法等，对这三种难度动作进行研究，探索武术指定动作的科学领域，提高我省运动员在今后全国锦标赛中的成绩，促进武术运动项目的发展。

| Abstract: | With methods of literature,interview and mathematical statistics,and based on Biomechanics,the author researches the A,B and C degree of difficulty for action in Wushu Art Series of Skills and Trick.The results show that the action with high degree of difficulty is the key to success,which is an Inspiration to the development of the Wushu. |
