| 摘 要： | 优质教育资源是稀缺的,人们在追逐优质教育资源的过程中,迫使教育分化,学校教育逐渐发展成为精英教育.随着生产力的发展及社会财富的分化,平民大众要求获得教育资源.经过精英群体和平民大众的博弈,远程教育这种折中教育形态得以诞生.信息技术的进步推动了远程教育走向开放教育,而建立在"资源+服务"模式上的MOOCs体系,更是平民教育发展的高潮.中国的远程教育与世界远程教育类似,也经历了上述发展过程,目前正走向大众化和个性化.

| Abstract: | Quality education resources are scarce. In the process of people's pursuit of quality education resources,forcing the differentiation of education,school education gradually developed into elite education. With the development of productive forces and the division of social wealth,civilians demand access to educational resources. Through the elite groups and the common people of the game,the compromise education of distance education was born. The progress of information technology has promoted the distance edu-cation to open education. And the establishment of"resource+service"model MOOCs system is the climax of civic education develop-ment. China's distance education development law and the development of the world's distance education is similar. It also experienced the development process,and is moving towards the popular and personalized development. |
