| 摘 要： | 党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视互联网发展和治理,提出了一系列新观点、新论断,形成了新时代网络强国战略思想。这一思想立意深刻、内容丰富,包括四个方面内涵,即"以人民为中心"的根本立场、以技术创新为引领、以网络安全为保障、以构建网络空间命运共同体为愿景。

| Abstract: | Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as its core,has attached great importance to the development and governance of the Internet,put forward a series of new viewpoints and new judgments,and formed the strategic thought of strengthening the country through network in the new era.The thought is profound and rich in content,including four connotations,namely,the fundamental position of "people-centered",the guidance of technological innovation,the guarantee of network security and the vision of the fate community of cyberspace. |
