| 摘 要： | 高校财务管理工作是学校工作的重要组成部分,在高等教育事业中占有举足轻重的地位。当前,高校财务管理存在一些亟待解决的问题:过度举债运行,财务风险增大;财务管理人员的综合能力素质参差不齐,管理能力有待提高;预算编制形同虚设,预算执行随意性大。鉴于此,要采取以下措施:合理控制贷款规模,注意防范财务风险;加强财会队伍建设,提升财务管理工作水平;加强预算管理,提高预算执行和控制能力。只有这样才能发挥高校财务管理应有的作用。

| Abstract: | Financial management is one of important components of college work and plays a significant role in higher education.At present,financial management in colleges has many problems such as overusing loan,imperfect management system and useless budget preparation.With a serial of analyses,several countermeasures are given in terms of controlling loan scale,improving accounting team construction and strengthening budget implement. |
