| Abstract: | As one of basic needs of human beings, fair is the most basic values and moral codes which the human civilization accompanied all the time. Emphasizing and implying the equalization of public services is an entirely new leap in the development of the equity and justice theory of harmonious society. Therefore, practicing the equalization of public services effectively is of significance for promoting the development of fair logic in China. |
