| 摘 要： | 一个繁荣的城市,必定是一个有着丰富文化内涵的文化城市。文化产业的发展,与文化城市的建设,同声相求:文化产业富含文化内涵,对应了文化城市建设的内在要求;文化产业能极大地释放城市的文化潜能;文化产业的发展能提升城市的核心竞争力。文化产业在文化城市建设中应发挥重要作用:其一,将文化创意融入城市规划中,城市规划中要贯注文化自觉意识;其二,加强文化产业的文化质感,重大文化产业项目与城市主题文化建设相辅相成;其三,重视文化产业集聚区的规模效应。

| Abstract: | A prosperous city must be a cultural one with abundant connotation. The development of cultural industry is like-minded and associated with cultural city construction. Cultural industry should play an important role in cultural city construction： to include cultural creativity and cultural self-consciousness in city planning, to strengthen the cultural characteristics of cultural industry, to pay attention to scale effect of cultural industry cluster. |
