摘    要:城市群是城市化水平达到一定阶段的高级产物,在集聚和扩散的共同作用下产生。随着地域、管理、体制等的不同,各个国家城市群发展的模式也不尽相同,国外大城市群的发展模式主要有核心驱动式和齐头并进式。长株潭城市群发展主要存在中心城市辐射力不强、城市分布密度低和长沙非首位城市等问题,因此其更适合走齐头并进的发展模式,并且在产业及交通发展方面要注重城乡统筹,走可持续发展之路。

Abstract:The urban agglomeration is the advanced products of urbanization level, which is up a certain stage, under the effect of agglomeration and diffusion. With different regions, management, institutional, etc., the mode of each national urban development is not on the same level. By means of analyzing the foreign big cities' basic situation and characteristics we can sum up the development patterns of major urban agglomerations are mainly driven core and they go hand in hand style. By means of a comprehensive analysis of the history and current development of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration,we can find its central city radiation that is not strong, low-density, non-primate city and other issues,combined with the actual situation of urban agglomeration, proposing the development model of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration, which is more suitable to go hand in hand and it should take the road of sustainable development,focus on urban-rural planning in the industrial and transport development.
