世界优秀女子400m跑速度特征分析

摘    要:采用动态分析法、数据统计法、因素分析法对第6、7届世界田径锦标赛女子400m决赛运动员的50m分段时间、平均速度进行分析统计。结果表明:为了防止后半程速度的下降,应延长400m跑的加速时间;8个50m分段的标准差越小匀速跑的能力越强,前3名选手都有较强的匀速跑能力;最快和最慢50m分段的时间差与运动成绩显著相关;第1名运动员启动速度较快,第2分段控制速度,在第5、6分段速度优势明显。

Abstract:The methods of dynamic analysis and statistics were applied to nanalyze the segment timeof 50m and average speed of the women's 400m finals in the 6th & 7th World Athletics Championships.The result shows that the prolongation of the accelerating period may prevent the speed decrease in thelatter half of the race. The smaller the standard deviation of the uniform velocity in eight 50m segments,the stronger the runner's ability. The difference between the fastest segment and slowest segment hasclose relation to the result (P<0.05). The runner who won the 1st place had an excellent start andcontrolled her speed in the 2nd segment. She was obviously faster than the others in the 5th & 6thsegments.
