| Abstract: | New course regards the teaching process as one in which teachers and students interact with each other actively and develop together.The students' development is the focus of teaching and the teachers' development is indispensable to teaching.This paper points out that upgrading the teaching content,reconstructing the teacher-student relationship,reflecting innovative teaching and optimizing educational environment are the effective strategies to realize the common development of teachers and students. |
