| 摘 要： | 通过对高校体育教师的师德、业务、身心、人格等方面的研究，指出：师德是体育教师吸引力的灵魂；业务是体育教师吸引力的核心；身心素质是体育教师吸引力的基础；人格魅力是体育教师吸引力的追求。同时探讨如何利用这些基本要素来提升体育教师的吸引力，使高校体育教师能够适应体育教学改革的变化和要求，为体育教育教学改革提供参考。

| Abstract: | By the study of the teacher's ethics,ability,physical and psychological factor and personality of physical teachers in university.it points out that the teacher's ethics is the soul of physical teachers' attractions,and the ability is the core of physical teachers' attrations.The physical and psycbological factor is the foundation of physical teachers' attrations and the person ability is The pursuit of physical teachers' attractions.The study also discusses how to improve the physical teachers' attractions and their ability to adjust to changes in reform. |
