| 摘 要： | 师生关系是高等教育中最基本的人际关系。从学校心理健康教育的角度来看,高校师生关系不仅是影响教与学效果的重要因素,也是直接影响大学生心理健康的重要因素。当前我国高校师生关系的现状不容乐观,主要表现为师生情感联系弱化和师生道德传承关系弱化。从心理学层面来看,教师应正确认知学生,克服认知偏见;树立教师威信,增强人际吸引;优化领导方式,建构民主型师生关系。

| Abstract: | The teacher-student relationship is the most essential interpersonal relationship in universities and colleges,which has effect on not only the teaching and learning but also the university students＇ mental health.The present teacher-student relationship in universities allows of no optimist,which is mainly represented as the weakening affective connection and demoted moral transference.It is psychologically proposed that teachers should overcome their cognitive bias towards students,establish their prestige among students,optimize their leading strategies,and commit themselves to constructing democracy-oriented teacher-student relationship. |
