| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the similarity between the characteristics of studio education and higher vocational education,which is helpful to the innovation of talent training mode.Taking studio as the carrier,this paper discusses the organization and design of innovative talent training process in detail from training concept,training approach,teaching mode,teaching environment,operation management and other elements,whichshows the concept and organization of this mode in innovative talent training innovation in form,method content,operation cooperation,etc. |
