| 摘 要： | 战后新加坡经济能够迅速发展,离不开它发达的教育事业,尤其是富有特色的精英教育。重点分析了新加坡精英教育的三个方面,即分流制;大力发展高等教育,确保质量;天才教育,以及精英教育所取得的成就和存在的问题,以期对我国的教育有所启示。

| Abstract: | Singapore owes its postwar rapid economic development to its education , especially its education on elite .The article mainly deals with the three aspects of education on elite : the streaming system, the gifted education and the emphasis on higher education . It also discusses how much achievement has been made in " education on elite", what problems still exist in the system what is more important, what we Chinese can learn from it. |
