| 摘 要： | 伊朗和埃及都是中东乃至伊斯兰世界的文明古国、大国强国,研究两国关系有强烈的现实意义和深刻的学术意义。依据历史学和国际关系学方法,从国家利益、地缘政治战略和意识形态角度梳理两国的关系史,认为1979年前两国关系先是友好,再是冷淡,再变为友好。1979年后双方在对待超级大国、哈马斯、法塔赫、真主党、巴以和平、波斯湾事务和地区安全上分歧很多,因此两国关系日渐疏远敌对。2009年以来伊朗有意与埃及缓和关系,随着穆巴拉克下台,埃及对外政策调整,两国有可能关系缓和,并对中东政局产生深远影响。

| Abstract: | Iran and Egypt are ancient, great and powerful nations in the Middle East and even in the Islamic world. The relations between two nations were friendly, then were cold, and then friendly again before 1979. After 1979 both sides, based on differences of the nationalism and national interests, the geopolitics strategy and the ideology, The two nations have different standpoints in superpower, the Hamas, the Hezbollah, the Palestinian-Israeli peace, Persian Gulf business and regional security, therefore the relations between them become estranged. Since 2009 Iran has intended to normalize relations with Egypt. After Mubarak＇s resignation and the Egyptian foreign policy adjustment, both countries have the possibility to ease diplomatic relations, which has the profound influence on political situations in the Middle East. |
