| 摘 要： | 4G网络技术的成熟及商用，使得人们能更快地进行信息的传递与接收，这也为远程教育带来了机遇。远程教育机构通过4G网络能以更高的传输速度给学习者传递更多的学习资源。针对4G网络技术，对其在远程教育中的、应用形式进行了阐述，并对基于4G网络技术的远程教育学习平台系统框架及功能进行了探究。

| Abstract: | The matures and commercial of 4G network technology makes it able to be able to pass and receive information faster, it also brings opportunities for distance education. Through distance education institutions, 4G network can give learners higher transmission speeds to deliver more learning resources. For 4G network technology, its application in the form of distance education and research are discussed, and the framework and function of distance education learning plat- form based on 4G network technology were explored. |
