| 摘 要： | MOOC为世界各地的学习者提供了优质免费的高等教育资源和完整的学习体验。视频资源是MOOC环境下学习课程知识的主要途径。对高质量的MOOC视频资源设计特点及设计原则进行了论述，在确定视频教学内容的基础上，选择相应的视频开发技术手段和视频媒体信息呈现形式，进行了设计与实现。

| Abstract: | MOOC provides learners around the world with high quality free higher education resources and complete learning experience. Video resource is the main way of learners＇learning curriculum knowledge in MOOC environment. Design high quality MOOC video need to understand the main characteristics of it, to grasp its design principle, on the basis of carefully designed video teaching content, determine the development of video technology and video media information presented. |
