| 摘 要： | 改革人才培养模式,大力推进素质教育,既是我国经济和社会发展对人才培养提出的要求,更是教育自身改革和发展的需要。为此,我国自20世纪90年代就开始在全国大力推行素质教育,国家和教育主管部门为此投入了大量人力物力,并采取了种种措施。然而,就十多年的推行情况来看,素质教育在我国并没有真正推行起来,甚至可以说是失败的。这是为什么呢?笔者拟从哲学角度分析其中的原因,以期为素质教育的推行提供参考。

| Abstract: | Reforming the pattern of talent training and advancing the quality-oriented education are demands of talent training which the development of economy and society raised,and they are also requirements of education self-reformation and development.For this reason,our country began to carry out the quality-oriented education since the 1990's.The country and education competent authorities input into a great deal of manpower and material resources and tool a variety of measures.However,during ten years,the quality-oriented education hadn't carried out really in China,even it failed.Why? The writer analyses the reasons from the philosophical angle and expects that they can provide reference for the quality-oriented education. |
