| 摘 要： | 塑料齿轮的设计和制造与金属齿轮的设计和制造有所不同，现在的塑胶齿轮很多都是借鉴金属齿轮的设计思路，但是很多时候金属齿轮的设计思路难以符合塑胶齿轮的设计要求。

| Abstract: | The designing and manufacturing of a plastic gear is different from that of a metal one. When designing a plastic gear, the experience of designing theory of a metal gear can be used for our reference. Generally speaking, however, it＇s difficult for the designing ideas of a metal gear to meet the requirement of those of a plastic one. |
