| 摘 要： | 通过对温州鞋与服装图书馆创办模式以及服务方式的探讨，认为公共图书馆创办服务本地支柱产业的特色图书馆是充分发挥公共图书馆的信息集散地作用，间接参与地方经济建设的具体表现，同时也是公共图书馆服务与管理创新的大胆尝试。
