| 摘 要： | 终身教育是一种重要别的教育原则，教育理念，在终身教育理念下，需要从教师专业持续发展、教师成为终身学习楷模、实现教师职前教育与在职教育的一体化、拥有信息技术基本素质，形成终身学习能力、教师终身教育体系的监督等方面去构建教师终身教育体系。
