| 摘 要： | 德育是学校教育之首，高校的品德养成教育过程充满了艰辛和挑战，需要教育者付出很大的努力。文章从领导管理育人、班主任工作育人、多种活动育人等几个方面作论，理论联系实际，提出了德育工作在高校应该抓住哪些着力点。
