| Abstract: | In the practical management, searching for profit growth point and making profit from building materials and equipments to increase income and reduce expenditure is a difficult problem for construction enterprises. Countermeasures for standardizing administration, making a good job of procurement logistics and instituting rules and regulations should be thought carefully and improved step by step to enhance management level gradually. |
