| 摘 要： | 针对湘西土家族、苗族自治州群众体育现状进行调查研究,结果表明:自治州城镇体育人口率为19.6%,体育人口中男女比例差异不显著。居民锻炼项目较为丰富,以自发组织为主,有一定民族特色。31~50岁之间体育人口率以及偶尔体育参与者向体育人口的转化率均偏低。经济欠发达、公共健身场地设施严重不足以及相关职能部门经费不足、组织缺乏力度是制约自治州群众体育发展的主要因素。

| Abstract: | Survey on the mass sports in Western Hunan Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture shows that the total sports population in this area runs 19.6 percent and there is no significant difference of the ratio of men to women.Residents have a wide range of training projects,most of which are spontaneously organized with a certain ethnic characteristics.However,there is a low rate of sports participants among 31 ~ 50 years old,as well as the occasional sports to the sports population.Underdeveloped economy,public fitness facilities,as well as a serious shortage of inadequate funding in relevant functional departments and the lack of organizational constraints become the crucial factors that affect the mass sports development in Autonomous Prefecture. |
