| 摘 要： | 通过历史问题和理论分析，认为山东发展田径运动具备以下有利因素：良好的田径运动基础，有一支优秀的教练员队伍和运动员队伍；物质条件比较优越；地理条件适宜；人才资源雄厚，为实现山东田径运动的更大发展，建议重视教练员的培训工作，进一步引入竞争机制，提高教练员待遇，狠抓中长跑和400米跑项目，以及加大对田径运动的宣传力度，等。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the historical retrospect and rational analysis,the author regards the athletic development in Shandong as following advantageous factors:good athletic basis;a team of elite coachers and sportsmen;favorable material conditions and rich talent resources.In order to realize the great development of athletics in Shandong,it is suggested to pay more attention to the training of coaches,introduce the competitive mechanism further,raise their wages and benefits,grasp the items of middle-and-long distance and 400m races,conduct propaganda of athletics,etc. |
