| 摘 要： | 实验室修缮项目是高校实验室功能升级、用途扩展和改善实验条件等的一般性项目。采用招标的形式对实验室修缮项目进行管理，不仅能够提高工程质量和进度，同时也增加了专款执行的透明度，使实验室修缮工程成为“阳光工程”。
