| 摘 要： | 本文从高校政治生态和党内监督体系的构建入手,着力寻求完善高校内部治理结构之方法,结合课题研究及学校党委部署,开展净化高校政治生态之实践研究,在理论指导下尝试开展实际工作,工作实际情况反响良好,通过实践发现学校管理中存在的问题并提出了相应的对策和改进意见,为高校在党风廉政建设实践工作中提供参考。
