| Abstract: | Under the new situation,the ideological and political work of the teachers and workers in colleges and universities faces many problems.These problems have seriously affected the ideological and political ideas of the students and brought great problems to the reform of colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and political work of the staff and workers in the new period and hold the value orientation of the people based on the people-oriented and timely.We should take effective measures to strengthen the ideological and political work of the teachers and staff in colleges and universities,improve the ideological and political quality of the teachers and students in an all-round way,and ensure the long-termand stable development of the school. |
