| 摘 要： | 党的十七大提出，拓展对外开放广度和深度，坚持对外开放的基本国策，把“引进来”和“走出去”更好结合起来，形成经济全球化条件下参与国际经济合作和竞争新优势，创新对外投资和合作方式。浙江企业发展比较快，境外直接投资起点较其他省份早，近年来一些企业境外直接投资的成功经验，分析其投资的动因以及今后发展的趋势，是具有参考和借鉴意义的。
