摘    要:目前在许多大、中学的体育教学中,加进了形体教学课的设置,这无疑对培养学生外在的仪表、姿态起着良好辅助作用。但形体课应该教授什么内容?怎样的教学方式能达到我们的预期目的?一段舞蹈和两套操,是不是就可以提高学生对形体的认识和审美的认识?在此尝试给予解析。

Abstract:At present,sports teaching that in college and mid-school have set up physique training.it is undoubtedly that take a great assistant part on student's appearance and posture But what the content of shape-building course should be? Which style of teaching can accomplish the anticipated purpose ?Can we improve the students' awareness of aesthetic only by the method of dance and gymnastics teaching?This paper show that is to describe the problems in the field.
