摘    要:藏区民族团结是我国民族工作一个特别的重点。依据群际接触理论,考察藏区一所民汉合校师生交往情况,研究发现:学校管理呈现"民管民""汉管汉"的现象;汉族教师和藏族教师在工作、生活领域交往较少;师生交往侧重关注教学等工具性目标实现,忽视学生作为个体的"人"的价值关怀;混合编班的不同民族学生建立了良好的族际友谊;民族班与混合编班的学生有交往的动机。因此,需要逐步推进民汉合校管理一体化,构建公平、公正的管理制度,搭建促进不同民族师生交往、交流、交融的平台。

Study on the Communicative Problems of Co-schooling of Han and Ethnic Minorities in Tibet Area from the Perspective of Intergroup Contact Theory

Abstract:Ethnic unity in Tibetan areas is a special focus of China’s ethnic work. According to the theory of intergroup contact,the exchange between teachers and students of a school in Tibet was investigated. It is found that the school management presents the phenomenon of "civil administration" and "han administration". Han and Tibetan teachers seldom communicate with each other in work and life. The communication between teachers and students focuses on the realization of instrumental goals such as teaching and ignores the value care of students as individuals. Students of different nationalities in mixed classes have established good inter-clan friendship. Ethnic class and mixed class students have the motivation to communicate. Therefore,it is necessary to gradually and slowly promote the integration of the management of the school,build a fair and just management system,and build a platform to promote the communication and integration of teachers and students of different nationalities.
