| Abstract: | Seen from the relation between knowledge economy and human resource, the key for human resource management in the era of knowledge economy is the exploitation and usage of human resources which need pay special attention to such five aspects as intellectual talents, the cultivation of healthy personality, exploitation and training of human resources adapting to enterprises development, promoting and breeding true talents, setting up the manpower viewpoint of seeking real, new or special talents. |
