| 摘 要： | 以广西教育学院作为研究个案，提出成人高师要以“促进学科专业性和教育专业性协调发展”为教学改革目标定位，通过改变课程结构和教师结构，实施规范化、弹性化的教学管理，实现高师院校的师范性和学术 性的和谐统一，培养“能教会研”的创新人才。
