| 摘 要： | 【目的】 通过研究医学领域国际学术期刊的数据出版政策，为国内同类学术期刊制定数据出版政策和科研人员投稿和共享科研数据提供参考。【方法】 以中科院SCI期刊分区表中医学大类1区影响因子排名前50的期刊为研究对象，通过详细调研期刊网站的投稿指南等信息，从政策的强弱、数据的类型、数据存储的位置、数据引用的方式等方面对各个期刊的数据出版政策进行了分析与研究。【结果】 94%的期刊发布了数据出版政策，但政策要求力度较弱，仅有部分期刊将数据出版作为论文发表的条件之一。不同类型数据存储位置不一样，数据可用性声明格式不统一，这增加了数据获取的难度。【结论】 国际顶尖医学期刊的数据出版政策发展进度不一，还有很多地方需要完善。

| Abstract: | Purpose]As attentions has been paid to the value of scientific research data which can reproduce the results of scientific research and further explore the related hypotheses, more and more academic journals begin to develop their own data publishing policies to promote the sharing and reuse of scientific research data. This paper studies data publishing policies of international medical journals for offering the enlightenment to data policy-making of Chinese medical journals and providing reference for researchers to publishing their papers and sharing date. Methods] Taking 50 medical core journals indexed in Q1 of SCI Journals Partition of Chinese Academy of Sciences as samples, this paper makes a detailed survey on their author instructions and analyses their data publishing policies from policy strength, data type, data storage location and data citation, etc. Findings] Most of the journals(47/50) have published their data publication policies. Conclusions] The data publishing policies of the international top medical journals have been improved, but there are still some problems need to be improved and developed like data quality control ,data usability and data storage platform integration. |
